How long have you played basketball? I have and I know how exhilarating it is. Some of the greatest sports athletes like Wilt Chamberlin, Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson all played basketball. It is a great sport and if you don’t play it you should consider playing basketball.
Last year the Dallas Mavericks won the NBA championship. The runner-up was the Miami Heat. Personally I thought that the Miami Heat should have won the championship since they had Lebron James, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh. The Mavericks star Dirk Nowitski pulled through for the Mav’s as the Mavericks top scorer. Next year I think that the Miami Heat will win the playoffs.
Last year my basketball team won the consolation championship. We won 4 tournaments. We placed in every tournament we played in. There was only one change on the team this year. I’m glad it wasn’t me! This year my goal for my team is 8 more wins than last year.
This year I want the Wisconsin Badgers to win March Madness. They might have a chance because most of the good players in college basketball graduated. If they made it to the championship they would probably play Duke or Kentucky. The Badgers will probably have an easy schedule because the Big Ten isn’t very good. I even think the Marquette Golden Eagles will even have a chance at getting far in March Madness. This year will be a good year for Wisconsin basketball.
